Listening Skills: Giving the client full and undivided attention is defined as ‘Active Listening’, and it is an acquired skill, not a natural attribute. There are several ways in which listening skills can be developed. Basically, if we have a reason to listen, and in consequence focus upon the client, then our listening will be more effective. The more interested and involved we become in the story which the client is relating, the more the client will want to share in greater depth.

Tarot cards are famous for being used by fortune tellers, but they were originally used to play games.

J W Gray created a high resolution tarot card deck using public domain images and some creations of his own. The main idea of the deck is that most of the cards are regular playing cards (Ace, Jack, Queen, King, etc.). A tarot deck technically uses a regular deck of cards plus 22 additional “trump” (major arcana) cards that have colorful images on them. The inspiration of this deck is that the regular cards look like the playing cards we are familiar with in the USA.

Happy Pagan new Year!

For many Pagans Samhain is the Pagan New Year. That feeling isn’t universal by any means, there are some Pagan groups that celebrate the “New Year” at Beltane, and I’d be willing to guess that there have to be at least a few groups who celebrate it at Yule. World wide there are dozens of “New Years” ranging from the well known Chinese New Year to the Buddhist Songkran April 13-15. Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year (always 163 days after Passover) and the Russian Orthodox Church holds to the Julian Calendar and celebrates the new year on January 14……….

7 Things Psychics Want You to Know

Here are some points to ponder when seeking the consultation of authentic psychics:

  1. We can’t manifest a romance for you. Or a baby, or a job. But, we can offer you intuitive insight about the steps you should consider to achieve your goal, whether it’s lifestyle adjustments, surrounding yourself with the proper people, or furthering your education or training. Opportunities rarely drop in our laps without investing some intention and energy into making them happen! Whenever I’ve guided someone in the proper direction—and they’ve agreed and followed through—they are absolutely glowing with the contentment of having taken charge and self-directed their dreams. And things usually only escalate proactively from there.
  2. We will not make major life decisions for you. This includes ending your marriage, leaving your job, terminating a pregnancy or even taking someone off life support. (Honestly, do you really want a stranger telling you what to do in these situations?) But, we can offer you options and choices based upon the intuitive information we are receiving……….
